If an item you ordered from us does not meet your expectation simply return it to us within 30 days of the sale in an unused and undamaged condition.  As soon as the returned merchandise is received and the condition of the product is verified, you will receive a full credit, less shipping charges.  All returns must be sent back to us shipping prepaid; however, if the error is ours we will gladly refund the shipping charges.

 

There will be no credit on Procurred Items.  Invoices will be marked as “Procurred Items” where appropriate.
